Xi¡¯an Dinghua Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (DHE) is a state-level high-tech enterprise that founded in Xi¡¯an High-tech Development Zone in 1992 and completed stockholding system reform in 2015. Dedicating in development and manufacture world leading automatic instruments, we had established a completed modern enterprise management system and passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification. Our products are widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, transportation, military oil depots, electricity, medicine, new energy and many other fields. Good performance and reputation of our products had already made us the main level measurement instrument supplier for SINOPEC, PetroChina, CNOOC and other large enterprises as well as military oil depots.
In 1990, DHE had invented ELL®external mounted level instruments. It could complete accurate level measurement from outside of the containers. As a real isolated measurement method, this pioneering design is leading both international and domestic level measurement technologies. With this design, sensors will not contact liquid or gas in the container, hence there is no need to drill or weld containers during installation and maintenance. With this perfect design, our product ensured safety and convenience at the same time, and was already used in long-term on hundreds of different medium from thousands international and domestic enterprises for petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, transportation, military oil depots, electricity, medicine, new energy and many other fields. Over the years, the product had won a high rating from all of our customers. Currently, the product had already become a famous instrument for most of domestic professional design institute, thus was recommended to state-level technical transformation, new or expansion projects. In the year of 2009, DHE had promoted national industry standards by adding external mounted level instruments in the standards ¨C Installation Drawings for Automation in Petro-Chemical Industry of China. Hence then, external mounted level instruments had become the main instrument for level measurement of hazardous chemicals in China.
With 20 years development, DHE had always put requirements of customers as first and insisting independent innovation. We had designed and manufactured C, P, V and R series ELL®sonar external mounted level meter, G, P series ELL®ultrasonic external mounted level switch and i-Tank tank area storage and transportation management system. All of these products are with mature design and with many years experience on the market. By accumulated experiences from products in hundreds of thousands sites and conditions, we had never stopped development, improvement and update of our products. This ensured our leading position on both technology and product internationally and domestically, and helped us to provide products more reliable, safe and advanced. At present, ELL external level instrument had taken the leading role on market share both internationally and domestically.
Since its establishment, DHE had dedicated to studies of basic theories and applicable technology and won first prize of science and technology in Shaanxi province, the first prize of CNPCI (China National Association for Automation in Petroleum and Chemical Industry) advanced technology and dozens of other important state and industry level prizes. Besides, we had accomplished National High Technology Research and Development program of China (863 program), national development project for internet of things and other state and local level major scientific and technological programs and projects successfully. By owning dozens of invention patents and several authorized patents for utility models by SIPO (State Intellectual Property Office of the I. P. C), we had formed a professional patent group in certain field. Professor Wang Dinghua:In 1990, he had invented worlds¡¯ first sonar external mounted level meter by ¡°Micro vibration analysis technology¡±.
In the year of 1992,DHE was established in this year and devoted to provide world-class external automatic instruments.
Mass production of ELL sonar external mounted level meter and was applied on industry site widely.
DHE had invented ¡°automatic calibration¡± technology and accuracy of product could reach to class 0.1.
Production of first DHE ELL ultrasonic external mounted level switch was accomplished. The product was then applied on industry site.
By entering into national industry standard (HG/721581-2010), our external mounted level instrument had become the mainstream instrument for hazardous chemical liquids.
Different with traditional external mounted or stick level switches, our product is reliable with high accuracy. Besides, it could save a lot human labor for maintenance.
As the first stock for surveillance of hazard chemical transport and storage industry in China, DHE had listed on NEEQ (National Equities Exchange and Quotations).
